Hamilton Fish

Hamilton Fish currently serves as President of The Nation Institute, the foundation associated with The Nation magazine. Through book publishing and radio programming, Journalism Fellowships, Internships, Investigative reporting, and public events, the Institute is a provider of independent news and commentary, and focuses on strengthening the independent press. Mr. Fish is also the President of the Public Concern Foundation, which publishes The Washington Spectator, the bi-monthly newsletter on national affairs.

In addition to serving on several public interest boards, Mr. Fish’s credits as a documentary film producer include the Academy Award-winning Hotel Terminus. President of the Trustees of the Alice Desmond and Hamilton Fish Library in Garrison, New York, Mr. Fish lives with his wife and two daughters in Manhattan.
