John T. Moore

John T. Moore is currently the Chairman and CEO of the Marwood Group, a healthcare advisory and asset management firm. The Marwood Group has offices in New York, Washington D.C. and London. In 1995, John became a founding partner in CarePlus Health Plan. CarePlus became one of the 15th largest HMOs in New York. John continued to serve CarePlus as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Managers until the company was purchased by Amerigroup (NYSE: AGP) in January 2005. John is a member of the Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board to the Communications Department at UNC. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is married and lives with his wife, Tanya and their children, Alexandra, John IV and Bianca in New York.
