On Patrol: Inbocht Bay, Hudson River

Here’s a video from a recent Hudson River patrol with Brian Brigham, graduate student at Queens College School of Earth & Environmental Sciences, who is researching invasive plants and greenhouse gas production.

Brigham takes a ride through Inbocht Bay on the Hudson River to collect samples by ramming into the invasive “trapa,” or water chestnuts, with assistance from Riverkeeper’s Capt. John Lipscomb.
