In launching our Reenergize New York Campaign, we embark on the final leg of the journey to close Indian Point. We will actively develop and recommend legislative and policy initiatives at the local and state levels to address energy use and production in New York. And, we will vigorously educate the public on energy conservation and efficiency measures for their homes, businesses, schools, and places of worship. This two-fold approach is what Riverkeeper does best – tackle laws and regulations and mobilize citizens to take charge and affect change.
