Yale Law School and Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies are teaming up for the fourth annual New Directions in Environmental Law conference.

Hudson Riverkeeper Paul Gallay will discuss the effects of budget and staff cuts on environmental enforcement. Other topics include new regulatory approaches for the nuclear and natural gas industries. The keynote address will be delivered by Cape Wind CEO Jim Gordon. The conference is presented by the Yale Environmental Law Association.
