NYS Senate Hearing on Public Notification of Sewage Discharges

This is your chance to go on record in support of a law requiring public notification of sewage releases in New York waterways. This hearing, “to examine mechanisms for better notification procedures in instances where sewage and other pollutants have been released into our water,” is sponsored by NY State Senators Adriano Espaillat and Mark Grisanti.

RSVP to submit oral testimony.
Oral testimony RSVP must be received by Friday, October 7th.
Written testimony is also encouraged. It can be submitted in advance or at the hearing.
