Custom Hand-Crafted Hudson River Wildlife Fabric Wall Art

This fabric wall art is made especially for Riverkeeper by Group Hug Quilts, and designed and sewn in a small studio in New Jersey. These pieces are made by artist Samantha Nguyen, produced in limited numbers, and each one is unique with the artist’s initials hand-stitched on. The fabrics may vary from piece to piece along with the exact placement of the compositional elements, which means that your sturgeon, blue crab, or striped bass won’t look exactly the same as another. And that’s part of what makes it special.

The fabrics are printed cottons and batik cottons. The background is a single piece of fabric with an intricately appliqued image on top of it. The fabric image is stretched on wooden stretcher bars just like a canvas and can be hung as is or framed. All pieces are horizontal 14 x 17.
