Arthur Glowka is a retired airline pilot for Eastern Airlines.  He founded the Hudson River Fishermen’s Association along with Robert H. Boyle, and has been active in every major environmental lawsuit involving the Hudson River.  He was a founding director of the Hudson River Foundation and served on its board for 15 years.  He has also been very active in organizations devoted to preserving Long Island Sound.  He has been on Riverkeeper’s board since its inception.
