John P. Abplanalp is President of Precision Valve Corporation, a global manufacturer of aerosol valves and components founded 54 years ago by his father, Robert Abplanalp. John’s lifelong passion for angling is second only to his deep commitment to his wife, Tonina and their two children, Robert Walker (Walker) and Francesca Ney (Chessie). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate Business Administration Program.

An avid Fly fisherman and a strong proponent of catch and release, John is a member of such organizations as The Bill Fish Foundation and The International Game Fish Association.
