Peggy Cullen is Senior Vice President of American International Group (AIG) Environmental, where she oversees the Mergers and Acquisitions unit. Environmental insurance offered in an M&A transaction is specifically tailored to provide financial assurance to third parties, investors, regulatory agencies, and bankruptcy courts that environmental exposures will be effectively managed or paid for by the insurer and will no longer be a threat to the financial viability of the company or to the community.  Peggy has been with AIG Environmental for 18 years.  She has a bachelors in Environmental Science.
