Connie Sargent

Connie Sargent is currently an adjunct professor at the Institute for American Language and Culture at Fordham University in New York City. She teaches business English as a second language to MS/MBA graduate students, predominantly from China, who are studying in the Gabelli Graduate School of Business. Prior to Fordham, she taught English to refugees and asylees at the International Refugee Committee. She served for many years on the board of Habitat for Humanity – New York City, and is currently an advisor to the Development Committee at Riverkeeper. She has a BA from Penn State, an MBA from Columbia University, and a MATESOL from the New School.
