Meet at Pier 1 of the World’s Fair Marina to stencil “No More Pollution Please” onto the sections of the World’s Fair Marina parking lot that drain stormwater directly into the Bay. Snacks will be provided! Please wear sun protection and bring a reusable water bottle. RSVP here.

From 12:30pm-2:30pm: Local Species Identification + Flushing Creek Tour

Meet at Pier 1 of the World’s Fair Marina at 12:30pm to go on a guided tour of Flushing Creek that will focus on development, climate change impacts, and local ecology. Ahead of time, please download and create an account with iNaturalist, a citizen science project and online social network of naturalists, citizen scientists, and biologists built on the concept of mapping and sharing observations of biodiversity across the globe. This documentation will help Guardians of Flushing Bay to create a Flushing Bay and Creek Field Guide! RSVP here.
