Faces: 3 Short Films About the People Impacted by Climate Change

As part of Climate Week NYC 2015, Faces: Three Short Films About The People Impacted by Climate Change will showcase our changing climate and its effect on those living across America. The first film, “Stung by Climate” focuses on implications of climate change on bees and beekeepers throughout the United States. The second film titled, “The Disappearing Frontier” documents the daily life of Alaskans co-excising with climate change. The final film titled, “Keeping it Grand” will highlight how climate changes is impacting Native Americans in Arizona.

The event will include a reception, workshop, and period with the filmmakers, and Jason Smerdon, Associate Research Professor at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University. This event is presented by Tzu Chi USA.
