What is the value of art to underserved communities, and how can art serve as a catalyst and open up space for engagement? How can art serve as catalyst and open up space for engagement? How can artists and policy maters work to make the waterways a space for temporary art interventions? Join artist Jean Barberis, artist Mary Mattingly, Kay Takeda from the Lower Manhattan Cultural Center, and moderator Nancy Nowacek for an interesting conversation about social justice, art, and public waterways.
