This year’s NY-NJ Harbor and Estuary Program (HEP) Science and Action Conference will celebrate the release of HEP’s Action Agenda and State of the Estuary Report. This annual conference draws 200+ participants from government, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses from New Jersey and New York. The conference will recognize past successes and highlight Partner commitments to address current challenges, including limiting combined sewer overflows, advancing habitat restoration, improving public access, and adapting to climate change.
