Join Hudson River Watershed Alliance for their next Upper Hudson Watershed Speaker Series on June 21st in the Trojan Room at Brown’s Taproom in Troy, NY from 12:00 to 1:30 pm. The guest speaker will be Martin Daley an Environmental Planner for the Capital District Regional Planning Commission and project manager for the Albany Pool Communities Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan, a 15-year $136m water quality improvement program coordinated by the Commission. Martin will explain how the Albany Pool Communities Program, an innovative regional approach to addressing water quality, was created and the framework for financing projects in the program.
