Heather Wolf is a Brooklyn-based birder who works for the Cornell Lab of Ornithology as a web developer on sites including eBird and Birds of North America. Her book Birding at the Bridge: In Search of Every Bird on the Brooklyn Waterfront documents her mini-quest to find and photograph as many birds as possible in Brooklyn Bridge Park, where she leads educational bird walks and inspires non-birders to discover birds in their neighborhoods. Heather’s photos are featured in “New York at Its Core” exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York and Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Environmental Education Center Discovery Station. She blogs her photos at brooklynbridgebirds.com.

This event is made possible with generous support from the Greenpoint Community Environmental Fund and the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
