Flushing Bay cleanup and paddle: A Day on the Bay with Guardians

Join Guardians of Flushing Bay and Riverkeeper for a Day on the Bay! We’ll be doing a shoreline cleanup on the western side of the Promenade, then have lunch under the historic World’s Fair Candelas before taking everyone out on a paddle on dragon boats.
10 a.m.: We will start with a shoreline cleanup on the western side of the promenade (from the World’s Fair Marina Restaurant to LaGuardia). Gloves and bags will be provided.
Noon: Lunch will be provided under the Candelas by the World’s Fair Marina Pier.
1 p.m.: After a Dragon Boat 101, we’ll get in boats and tour the Bay – maybe even race!
