When it rains, many industrial and commercial activities can be sources of stormwater and water quality pollution. In compliance with the Clean Water Act and New York State regulations, the City is developing an Industrial and Commercial Stormwater Program to manage urban stormwater runoff and improve water quality.

Join the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to learn about a new program that may impact your industrial/commercial facility.

At this meeting you will learn:

  • What the MS4 Permit is and how it is changing the City
  • Whether or not your facility needs to be assesed to determine if you need a permit
  • What the requirements are for facilities that must be permitted
