Following the presentations, members of the public will have the opportunity to ask questions. The NRC staff will provide guidance during the webinar on how to ask a question. Alternatively, questions may be submitted in advance to [email protected].

This meeting will also address the commitment to Congresswoman Nita Lowey to hold a public meeting on the Expert Team’s findings relating to the AIM gas pipeline, as stated in the April 15, 2020, letter from NRC Chairman Kristine Svnicki (NRC’s Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML20104C075), and the proposed license transfer process of Indian Point to Holtec, as stated in the April 16, 2020, letter from Margaret M.
