Repairing America’s First River: Riverkeeper’s Campaign to Bring the Mighty Hudson Back to Life

When:
February 9, 2020: 3:00PM to 6:00PM
Where:
Parish Hall, lower level, 114 Grand Street, Croton-on-Hudson map

When Henry Hudson first saw the Hudson River, it was teeming with fish. Now, many fisheries, factories and decades later, the Hudson’s entire migratory fish community is in decline. What happened, and what can we do about it?

Join Paul Gallay, president of Riverkeeper, to hear the good news about how we can protect the river and its communities from the impacts of climate change and industry, and bring this majestic river back to life.

Light refreshments will be served.
