Join Kerissa Battle to learn about phenology (the life cycle variations of plants and animals, including insects and pollinators important to birds) and why it’s critical to understanding the ecological impacts of climate change and how we can undertake adaptive management and restoration. You’ll also learn how you can help by participating in phenology monitoring and building pollinator and wildlife habitat in your yard! Refreshments at 7pm, lecture begins at 7:30 in the Garden Room. Please bring a reusable mug to use to help us reduce our ecological footprint.
No registration necessary. Location: Katonah Village Library.
