Riverkeeper will present information about our ongoing citizen science project to test and report water quality in the Wallkill River, to a joint meeting of the boards of the Village and Town of New Paltz. The presentation will focus on results in the New Paltz area.

Riverkeeper’s data shows when and where samples have met or failed Environmental Protection Agency guidelines for safe swimming. Sample points in and around New Paltz include two boat launches.

The meeting is open to the public.
