Public Meeting on Combined Sewage Overflows Long Term Control Plans for Hutchinson River and Westchester Creek

The New York State Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is developing Combined Sewage Overflows (CSOs) Long Term Control Plans (LCTP) that will identify and evaluate alternatives to reduce the impact of CSOs in New York City waterways. In 2014 the DEP submitted the Long Term Control Plans (LTCP) for the Hutchinson River and Westchester Creek to the New York Department of Environmental Protection for review. This meeting will go over the plans and their proposed projects and alternatives.
