Peekskill Brewery Riverkeeper Beer Launch

Come on out for an awesome Friday evening at the Peekskill Brewery for the launch of Riverkeeper Wheat Beer, made with local Sumac and Spicebush foraged from the Peekskill Hollow Brook watershed. Like all Peekskill Brewery beer, the main ingredient in Riverkeeper Wheat is water from the City of Peekskill’s water supply – sourced from Peekskill Hollow Brook, a drinking water source for 100,000 people.

Riverkeeper works to protect sources of drinking water throughout our region, including Peekskill Hollow Brook, where they helped the city develop a Drinking Water Source Protection Plan, and to develop a water quality monitoring program.

Join Riverkeeper on the brewery patio for giveaways, kids’ activities, and $2 off happy hour draught beers. A portion of proceeds from Riverkeeper Wheat can sales will go directly to Riverkeeper to protect and preserve our local drinking water supply. Peekskill Brewery’s Friday Night Music will kick off at 8:00pm.
