The NYS Public Service Commission (PSC) is holding TWO information sessions each day, followed by public statement hearings on Suez Water New York’s new request to increase your water rates by as much as 18.7%. Suez wants to charge Rockland ratepayers a $54.5 million surcharge over the next 20 years to pay for expenses Suez claims United Water spent on its failed desalination plant.

Please attend either June 15 or June 16 at 2pm afternoon or 6pm evening info sessions/public hearings.
