After the great success of last year’s Swimmable Water Weekend, Waterkeeper Alliance is working to engage even more Waterkeeper organizations across the globe in this year’s celebration, taking place July 31 – August 2, 2015.

We’re highlighting the importance of swimmable water in your communities by engaging Waterkeeper organizations and their supporters in this year’s events. Waterkeepers from around the world will plunge into their local bodies of water for a swim to promote the importance of clean and swimmable waterways, while educating their supporters on the most pressing issues facing local bodies of water. With the right knowledge, everyone can help their local waterways flourish.
