Dan Shapley, Riverkeeper’s Water Quality Program Manager, will give a talk titled “A Tale of Three Creeks: Using Community Science to Improve Water Quality in the Hudson River Watershed” at the Hudson River Maritime Museum, as part of the museum’s monthly “Follow the River” lecture series.
The talk will cover insights from Riverkeeper’s community science water quality monitoring program, with stories about Westchester Creek, the Wallkill River and Quassaick Creek, where Riverkeeper and our partners have documented some of the region’s most pressing environmental problems.
Suggested donation to the museum is $5.
