The Long Term Plan to Improve the Health of the Hutchinson River

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection will present information about its Long Term Control Plan to reduce combine sewage overflows into the Hutchinson River. This is an important opportunity for the public to learn about, and provide input about the plan, and whether or not it supports the recreational uses of the river that the public desires.
