Devin Rigolino
Devin Rigolino has more than 15 years of experience in environmental planning and natural resource management, having served in leadership and technical roles with conservation organizations and local governments throughout the Hudson Valley. His work has focused on advancing sustainable land use, protecting natural resources, strengthening climate resilience, and fostering collaboration among government agencies, nonprofits, and community stakeholders.
Devin currently serves as Dutchess County's Environmental Program Director, where he leads environmental planning, sustainability, climate action, and natural resource protection initiatives. He also serves as the County's Climate Smart Communities Coordinator and is the Vice-Chair of the Hudson River Drinking Water Intermunicipal Council (Hudson 7), a regional partnership dedicated to protecting drinking water drawn from the Hudson River for more than 100,000 residents.
Devin holds a B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from Siena College and an M.S. in Sustainability from University of Vermont's School of Environment and Natural Resources. Beyond his environmental work, Devin is also an active leader in organized labor, serving as the Treasurer of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Local 814, representing more than 1,600 employees. In this role, he oversees the organization's finances and supports initiatives that promote fair workplaces, effective public services, and a strong workforce.
