Edan Rotenberg
Edan Rotenberg is a lawyer for the environmental movement who focuses on water pollution and stormwater management. He has represented Riverkeeper and other Waterkeepers in dozens of citizen-led enforcement actions to protect waterways, represented environmental organizations in water pollution permitting proceedings, and co-counseled and advised on national regulatory matters related to water pollution. Edan is a graduate of the Yale Law School and holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the Yale School of the Environment. He has published research on topics including energy efficiency, climate change, and grandfathered pollution controls in environmental law. Edan's current interest is in helping farmers and land managers to make agronomic choices that are better for their land, their finances, and our shared waters.
