Edan Rotenberg is a lawyer for the environmental movement who focuses on water pollution and stormwater management. He has represented Riverkeeper and other Waterkeepers in dozens of citizen-led enforcement actions to protect waterways, represented environmental organizations in water pollution permitting proceedings, and co-counseled and advised on national regulatory matters related to water pollution. Edan is a graduate of the Yale Law School and holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the Yale School of the Environment. He has published research on topics including energy efficiency, climate change, and grandfathered pollution controls in environmental law.
