The contrast is stunning and poignant. Both are users of the River. One is sustainable, the other is not. Will there be a crude oil spill in the Hudson from a train or barge? We hold our breaths. "Government of the people, for the people, by the people..?" Sorry, not here, not now, not on this issue.
