Are you involved in water testing in your watershed? We invite all stewards of local water bodies (volunteers, watershed groups, academics) to join us at the 3rd Annual Collaborative Workshop scheduled for May 1, 2026 at Scenic Hudson’s Northside Hub in Poughkeepsie. Please fill out our RSVP and survey by April 15.
The survey will help to inform our planning for the workshop, in particular our pathways sessions, where we will discuss various pathways for turning your data into action!
The preliminary agenda for the day is as follows. A more detailed agenda will be shared ahead of the event.
- Morning talks focused on important water quality issues in the region.
- Pathways to action breakouts. Each breakout group will focus a specific pathway to action, including: legal, advocacy, science, planning, and communication.
- Catered lunch with guided adventures around Poughkeepsie!
- Watershed breakouts. Group discussion around shared geography, waterbody issues, and pathways to action.
- Poster session and mixer
