Join us on Saturday, May 2, for the 15th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. With your help, we aim to reach new communities, engage new volunteers, and restore additional stretches of shoreline in the Hudson River watershed.
Last May, we worked at 114 locations, and we can’t wait to do it again. Join us this year and be part of a community movement to clean and restore our waters and the places we call home.

Over the last fourteen years of Sweep, with your help we have completed 1,463 service projects, bringing together thousands of volunteers across NYC and the Hudson Valley to clean up 396 tons of debris, and plant or maintain 11,240 native plants. This incredible effort is made possible by the generosity of our members, sponsors, and supporters. Through this partnership, we aim to reach wider audiences throughout the Hudson River Watershed, highlight the connection between our parks and the health of the Hudson River and its tributaries, and strengthen community stewardship in a single, unified day of service.
