The Sleepy Hollow Mermaid Festival is a community celebration that encourages Hudson River access and education. The festival's mission is to connect residents with the river today so we can all be part of its future. The goal is to inspire river stewardship through history, art, safety education, story-telling, and fun, while also opening Kingsland Point Park's historic beach for the community to explore.
