Riverkeeper has joined the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) WaterSense Program. WaterSense works with a diverse range of organizations by offering simple and accessible ways to reduce their consumption through water saving strategies and products.

Increasing efficiency of household appliances and promoting water conservation reduces strain on our aging water infrastructure systems, decreasing the frequency of raw sewage and polluted stormwater entering our waterways from Combined Sewage Overflows.

We are happy to work with the WaterSense program to create a culture of water conservation throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley.
