Thomas G. Lewis

Tom Lewis is president of Louis Berger U.S., Inc., a WSP company, the U.S. operating company of the multinational engineering, architectural, environmental and construction management firm based in Morristown, NJ. With 6,000 employees in more than 50 countries, Louis Berger is the third-largest USAID private-sector partner and one of the top 25 U.S. engineering firms by total revenue. Louis Berger has a long record of working on clean water projects in New York State, including the PCB superfund site, and the creation of wetland habitat on Randall’s Island.

Tom has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s in geotechnical engineering, and a J.D. in environmental law. He is a licensed engineer in three states and serves on the national committee of the Transportation Research Board.
