Thomas G. Lewis

Tom Lewis is President of the U.S. operating company of Louis Berger, a multinational engineering, architectural, environmental and construction management firm based in Morristown, NJ. With 6,000 employees in more than 50 countries, Louis Berger is the third-largest USAID private-sector partner and one of the top 25 U.S. engineering firms by total revenue. Louis Berger has a long record of working on clean water projects in New York State, including the PCB superfund site, and the creation of wetland habitat on Randall’s Island.

Tom has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s in geotechnical engineering, and a J.D. in environmental law. He is a licensed engineer in three states and serves on the national committee of the Transportation Research Board.
