Tim Howell is a Deputy Park Director for New York State Parks. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a Master in Natural Resource Management from Virginia Tech. He lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Tim enjoys time spent outside with his dog, bird watching and photography.
