Plumb Beach Cleanup with NYC H2O

Join the NYC H2O, The American Littorial Society, National Parks Service, and NY Cares for a cleanup of Plumb Beach as part of National Public Lands Day. Gloves, garbage bags, and trash grabbers will be provided.

Bus transportation from Union Square is available for those interested and will be departing for Plumb Beach at 9AM.

An optional ecology lesson with Mickey Cohen will follow the cleanup, and include the use of a seining net to catch the critters living in Jamaica Bay for study prior to release.
