On August 1, 2015, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) issued New York City its first citywide Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit as required under the Clean Water Act.

The City will release a Progress Report on the first year of the MS4 Permit implementation and SWMP development. Join us on June 22, 2016 for a presentation and discussion on this exciting program.
